About

My Story.
 My Mission.

Hi there! I am so happy you are here!  Nothing makes me happier than connecting with other aspiring runners and supporting them in their journey.

I can’t wait to find out more about you!  I am a wife, a mother of 3 and a huge advocate for running. I truly believe that ANYONE can succeed in running….all they need is a good pair of shoes, a goal to work towards and a willingness to put in the work.

My love for running has been going strong since 2002 when I ran my first marathon. It was the best feeling in the world to accomplish something that seemed next to impossible. Running has enriched my life in so many ways, including providing an outlet and therapy for a stressed out mom, helping me to feel more confident and empowered in all aspects of life, and it has brought me the deepest and most rewarding friendships.

I have always loved health and fitness, in fact I have a masters degree in Health Promotion and a BS in Fitness and Wellness from Brigham Young University. I am a certified RRCA run coach, but have also been coached by a variety of different coaches including olympians Jared Ward and Des Linden. I have run 17 full marathons and counting and can say with confidence that I have definitely learned a lot of do’s and don’ts through my experiences. I can’t wait to combine my education and abundant experience to help you be successful in your running journey.

Highlights of my running journey include:

  • Finishing the 2019 Revel Chilliwack marathon as a master and the first overall female.
  • 12 Boston Qualifying times and getting to run the course 3 times.
  • Multiple top 3 age division placements.
  • Improving my marathon time from a 4:06 to a 3:04.
