Custom Training
Whether you are a seasoned runner, or can barely make it a mile, She's on a Run has a plan to fit your specific needs and goals. Our Single Custom Plan is a one time purchase that can carry you to your next race! If you are interested in personalized follow up and adjustments throughout the course of your training, checkout my month to month option or a 4-6 month plan. We will use the Final Surge app to communicate. You can comment on each workout to tell me how you're feeling and I will make adjustments to your daily workouts as necessary! I also offer optional scheduled phone calls.
Single Custom Plan
- 16-20 week plan customized to your running history, goals and schedule.
- Specific paces, intensities and duration of runs to help you work towards your target goal.
- I will be available to answer questions via email.
- Changes to the plan will be an additional fee.
Monthly Plans
- Weekly customized training schedules designed just for you and your schedule.
- Specific paces, intensities and duration of runs to help you target your goal.
- Plan in 2 week increments so adjustments can be made according to your progress.
- I will check in with you multiple times a week to answer questions and offer encouragement.
- The plan and communication will be through the Final Surge App.
- Nutrition coaching and strength training tips will be provided.
- I will also give you a race plan and fueling suggestions for your big day.

I hadn’t run a marathon in several years, so on a whim decided I really wanted to do one again to ultimately qualify to run Boston. JaNae has been my favorite running coach and one of my biggest role models when it comes to running! She really cares about each of her clients and it shows in her training plans and follow up. I am really grateful I had the opportunity to have JaNae coach me for a marathon. Prior to her coaching, I had loved running for a few years and had run one marathon. It didn’t go very well and left me wondering if I would ever want to train for one again. A couple of years later, through some peer pressure of friends, I was talked into trying it out again. This time I decided to take it more seriously so I reached out to JaNae for some help with my training. It was so helpful to have someone knowledgeable to help me know what types of runs I needed to do and how many miles I needed each week to help me be prepared but not overtrained. The training was going really well that I started wondering if a BQ would be a possibility. JaNae had confidence in me and helped me realize potential that I did not see in myself. Come race day I ended up feeling great during the entire marathon (other than the last half mile) and even managed to get a BQ with a 5 minute cushion. I am so grateful I had her guidance and support through the process which helped me feel prepared and confident on race day and now I am looking forward to training for more marathons in the future with JaNae’s coaching and support!
